At Blythewood Now, we are actively seeking volunteers to serve on our Community Editorial Board. This five-member board is at the heart of our mission to reflect the diverse voices and needs of Blythewood.
The vision of the Blythewood Now Community Editorial Board is to create a new model of journalism that places the community at the heart of everything we do. By integrating the voices and insights of our residents, we aim to ensure that our reporting is as vibrant and diverse as Blythewood itself.

This board is advisory in nature, and no journalism experience is required. If you have your ear to the ground, know the pulse of the community, understand its needs and aspirations, and are passionate about highlighting the people and stories that uplift Blythewood, we want you. Your role will be to help us shine a light on what benefits our town and address areas that need attention.
If you’re interested in helping guide our editorial direction, please email us at hello@blythewoodnow.com with “Editorial Board” in the subject line. In the body of the email, simply write, “I would like to serve,” and include your full name and contact information. We’ll follow up with next steps shortly after.
