Customers can schedule an appointment during regular business hours to complete and submit their passport applications with the help of trained library staff. Whether it’s your first passport or a renewal, Richland Library Eastover provides step-by-step assistance in a convenient, community-centered location.
How to Get Started:
- Call 803-353-8584 or email PassportServices@richlandlibrary.com to book your appointment.
- Complete the appropriate application form in advance at Travel.State.Gov.
- Bring a long-form birth certificate with a state seal, an official photo ID, and passport photos.
- All applicants, including children, must be present.
- Pay applicable fees and wait for your passport to arrive by mail.
